Interesting facts: William Henry Packard never registered a title on this land. It was owned by James Begg until Packard's son George bought it in 1942 in a tax sale. He died in Toronto General Hospital in 1907 and is buried in a "poor" lot in the Toronto Necropolis Cemetery.
