Location: Map point is the approximate location within this 100 acre Lot 27, Conc. 1 which runs north from Tulip Road one lot east of 25th Line Road.

Land acquisition: 1915 purchased from Dunn Gibbs for $500 each. Ontario Land Parcel Register - Stanhope (Images 262 & 267).

Dates of residency:

• 1911 Census of Canada, Stanhope: Lot 27, Conc. 1 alone
• 1911 Stanhope Voters List: listed at these lots
• 1911 and 1918 Stanhope Township Post Office Lists: listed at Lot 27, Conc. 1
• 1921 Stanhope, living with brother James and other siblings
• moved to Eagle Lake to farm there.

Interesting facts:

Preceding landowner: 1907 - Dunn Gibbs both lots from The Crown

Succeeding landowner: 1920 to Stanford John Packard, his half brother, for one dollar,  both lots.
