Interesting facts:  He is listed as a Farmer in the 1901 Census. Mr. Shrigley built a mill on the Hollow River. He milled logs and corn. His wife was well known for her excellent Johnny Cakes which she served the men.  At the time Little Trading Bay of the Lake of Bays was known as Phillips Bay. But the locals fondly nicknamed it Johnny Cake Bay.
