• This settler was listed at Lots 17 & 18, Conc. 13 on the 1891 Stanhope, Sherbourne et al Voters List.
• 1893 Haliburton Directory at Lot 18, Conc. 13, Dorset Post Office
• This settler was enumerated here Pt Lot 17 & 18 Con Sherborne on the 1901 Census.
• He was enumerated here Lot 18 Con 13 Sherborne on the 1911 Census.

Interesting facts:  The small lake that is mostly location on his 100 acre lot is named Crumby Lake and is still known as that today, and part of the roadway located in that area today accessing cottages is known as Crumby Lake Drive. On the 1901 Census he was listed as a Farmer.
